This page explains, in plain terms, what our advertising is allowed to say and what it is not. If you ever see a claim about ADAM that contradicts this page, that claim is unauthorised.

1. Why this page exists

The United States Federal Trade Commission publishes guidance on endorsements, testimonials and advertising disclosures, including the Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and its guidance on clear and conspicuous online disclosures. We aim to follow that guidance, and this page sets out how.

2. Endorsements and testimonials

3. Claims we do not make

We do not claim, and no authorised advertising for ADAM may claim, that:

4. Affiliates and partners

ADAM may be promoted by independent affiliates who earn a commission on sales. Affiliates are required to follow this page and applicable law, to disclose their material connection to us clearly and conspicuously, and not to make any claim listed in section 3. Affiliates are independent contractors and are not authorised to speak for us or to vary these terms.

If you encounter advertising for ADAM that breaches these rules, please report it to [email protected] with a link or screenshot. We investigate every report and terminate affiliates who do not comply.

5. Advertising disclosures

Where content is paid promotional content rather than independent editorial, it is labelled as advertising. Disclosures are placed where a reader will actually see them — near the relevant claim, in the same medium, and not hidden behind a link, a hover or a scroll.

6. Pricing and billing transparency

The price is stated as a one-time payment of US $97 with no subscription and no rebill. The checkout page shows the final amount and any applicable tax before you confirm. Explodely is identified as the authorised retailer and Merchant of Record, and is what appears on your billing statement. Refund terms are published in full on the Refund Policy page.

7. Substantiation

We hold substantiation for objective claims made about what the software does before those claims are published. Claims we cannot substantiate are not made.

8. Reporting a concern

To raise a concern about our advertising, or about any affiliate's advertising, email [email protected]. You may also contact the FTC directly at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
